It was agreed at the last meeting of the Far Eastern Planning Committee that you should circulate to the Economic Sub-Committee of the Fur Eastern Committee copies of a recent letter from the

China Association about the future of Hong Kong.

The letter in question is at No.90 on 55104/2/44; but as you will see that letter was intended to be supplementary to their earlier letter of the 27th of May, 1943 (No. 13 on that file). I suggest, therefore, that both these letters should be circulated to the Sub-Committee.

It is also for consideration whether, to make the story complete, you should include also Nos. 14 and 91 on that file.
